And I was going to ask Jim about something that you've shared, and that is, you know, what you feel is a fairly sizable proportion of students in your classes who definitely may be diagnosed or undiagnosed are neurodivergent in some way.

So do you want to talk about that?

Because I think...

you know, you provide a window or I guess you could say a mirror for some of these students.

And it's a very special role that you would play as opposed to another professor.

So is that something you do at the beginning of classes, the beginning of a semester?

You know, I think it was Michael John Carley, a dear friend of ours and one of our regular guests, who says that when you meet an autistic person, they're probably more a product of their life experiences than they are of their autism.

And also being a student of child and human development, on my end, I always say, listen, we're all evolving human beings going through stages.

Being on the spectrum, and I'm saying this not being on the spectrum, but my take on it is that being on the spectrum can shape what your trajectory looks like or particular challenges you might have around puberty or other times.

So it's almost like you have to just look at...

the whole notion of we're all evolving human beings, but then you look at through the lens of, well, what does autism kind of color in your evolution?

Jim, I was going to say, tell us a little bit more about what you just brought up, your work with Bria and your work with people with mental health challenges and also neurodevelopmental conditions.

And I'm just curious what you get out of it, what drew you to that.

And tell us about Bria, because we have a wonderful puppy who we hope will be kind of a support puppy at some point.
