And I think what's really critical to understand about private equity, and this is where there's potential for friction, but private equity generally is not looking to invest in something forever, right?

Their window of time is usually only a few years, maybe five to seven years or even less.

Yes.

So, you know, they're looking to build a company that can be sold.

So the more that they are involved in any direct interactions, the less sustainable that model is.

Right.

Because they don't want to sell.

No one who's going to want to buy it is going to want to buy it in a way that is requires a lot of handholding or a lot of direct intervention.

So the idea is to build out a model.

sustainable business, in this case, a business that helps urology practices that we're talking about.

So, you know, I think that is definitely an area to understand is if anyone is ever considering joining a practice or a practice considering joining an MSO is understanding, OK, what is that?

How does that work?

What are the what are the goals of that particular private equity company?

What are the strengths that they've shown in other industries or in medicine in the past and how they achieve that?

so that you can kind of understand what you may be getting into, right?

Because there's a misconception that there is an everyday presence of sort of a private equity mentality into your practice, right, if you're in one of these situations.

And it's really just not true, right?

There are strategic...

opportunities and strategic initiatives that might be going on at a broader level, but none of that should be entering the direct patient care kind of environment, right?

It's not the way that it can work.
