That's what we want to be.

And so I think we found a solution that can be a long term landing point.

Right.

But at the same time, you know, the fact that the practices maintain.

and out at some point, even if it is 20 years down the road or whatever it may be, from the management side, from their agreement side, means that these organizations have to stay true to their North Star and have to continue to serve the physicians and their patients in a successful way.

This is not envisioned, nor does it really in practice end up being a pure employment type of model, right?

The physicians are still there's still a lot of local governance.

And I think this is what, you know, needs to be clear in any or in any organization that's going forward.

There's a lot of local governance of management of the actual practice at the local site, right?

Yes, we're a multi-state organization, but each state has each practice has its own team to guide the local, you know, the local strategy, whatever that may be in the local care and the local partnerships that are being developed.

There's a there's a structure in how, you know, that interacts with the management team.

But it's much there's no real there's no real way for a central management team to to get as granular as would as needed to manage a medical practice.

So that's still all handled locally and in many cases with a local organization.

you know, physician executive kind of council or committee to drive that strategy.

You mentioned it before, though, about being physician-led.

I do think it's really critical to continue to have physician voices at every level, though, right?

So, you know, the fact that in my organization, there are several of us that are involved on the management team, I think is critical, right?

I mean, I think that having that voice

And listen, I'm just speaking from my own experience, but I think having the voice of a practicing urologist in a urology management team is really important.

And so myself and a couple of my partners that do this, we definitely feel that that is a critical part of what can make us successful is that our voices are heard.
