It's to do with resilience and good mental health.
It's to do with an ability to bounce back from challenges and setbacks.
That's what it's really about.

The publishers didn't want me to call it bonus time but I had to stick to that name.
I felt I've been given a second chance at life.
I'm living on bonus time.
But I could have called on the book I'm unbelievably fecking grateful.
Like that's what I could have called it.
And I think this gratitude for my second chance of life really brings a lot of joy and good stuff into me life.
And like there was loads of moments, loads of incredible moments where I was just like, this is just amazing what's happening.
But like even the relationships I've built, they're the biggest wins and the inner peace that I have today as well.
That's what true success is for me.
It's inner peace and relationships and good energy and stuff like that.
And they're the things I'm really most grateful for today.
