So that goes back to chemistry.
Okay.
So if you physically inside don't feel good because you're eating the garbage food, which makes you obese and you physically don't feel good, you're going to be depressed.
So when you're eating that fast food again, there are chemicals in there that cause depression.
that cause you to wanna eat more, which causes you to be more depressed.
McDonald's even came out and said it.
And people are just like, well, I'm just gonna have that.
And they keep doing it.
And if you're not happy, I don't care what you weigh.
That's how I say it.
I don't care what you weigh or how you look.
If you're physically not happy with yourself, the only person that can change that is you.
So you have to say to yourself, okay, I don't want to feel this way.
It's not just look this way.
It's I don't want to feel like this.
And if you don't want to feel like that, you change it.
And that requires changing your diet.
That requires going to the gym.
I do have a friend that just had gallbladder surgery.
