i would sample patients of hey i want to know more about our optical a lot of leg work but remember i'm reinvesting i look back over the last five ten years and i haven't had to spend a lot of time now i need to understand it so that what happens when we understand it adam you know this in business we're better managers we're better leaders we're better entrepreneurs when we understand it so we can delegate it effectively

and scale it effectively.
