So this is all assuming that he's got...

information to offer that might incriminate David or even himself.

But he may be being called in to stick a timeline down.

He may be exculpating David in some way or another person who is a person of interest in the matter.

Absolutely.

They want the information, but also they're required to provide all of the information, not just the things that want to paint the picture that they want to put in front of the grand jury.

The grand jury may have additional questions and Neal Langston may be able to shed light

on times, places, locations, and relationships.

So it may not necessarily be about this one Santa Barbara trip.

It may even be just about what was the nature of the relationship between David and Celeste.

If there was anything inappropriate, as many people have been speculating, but there's also speculations of what the relationship may have been between Neo and David himself.

So I think that really we don't know what his testimony will be.

I do find that it's probably going to be obviously material that they went through these great lengths to get him there.

But ultimately, just because he didn't show up doesn't mean that he's got something incriminating for himself or somebody else.

He may have just been putting his head in the sand, hoping that this thing disappeared without having to participate.
