So they couldn't come to any agreement.

And Trump just got mad at Exxon.

But it's not trivial and it's very expensive.

And if we started today with complete security guarantees and also contract guarantees in a socialist regime, they took Maduro out, but the whole rest of the structure remained intact.

So I'm not real clear what happened there.

It would still take five to 10 years to get that flowing.

And we don't have five to 10 years.

We've got like two or three more months here.

Hard to imagine.

Here's as close as comparable is the bitumen, the tar sands.

Canada likes they've rebranded it oil sands, but all that beautiful stuff up in Alberta, a very capital intensive over, you know, the past 15 years, they've managed to bring that up to a very respectable 4.67 million barrels a day of flow.

Um, but it took tens, if not hundreds of billions of capital, it takes a long time.

You don't just turn a tap on and it kind of comes out.

You have to, each chunk of the field has to have pipes put in it and infrastructure and steam and all kinds of stuff.

So if that's comparable, I would say if you could be as stable as Canada, I would imagine in the next 15 years, you could probably get that up to four or five million barrels a day if they're comparable.

And listen, I'm simplifying a lot.

I'll have some oil people calling me up and yelling at me, but just to keep it sort of roughly comparable.

And I guess, again, the administration officials I've seen, they kind of keep going shrugging and going, well, we'll be relatively OK.

But what that really what they're really saying is the person, you know, the country that we're going to hit the most is the largest importer of oil is China.
