It's helping so many people and you have this bigness to you.
But I wonder how much more personally you walking the streets, you at a party, you walking through the office is even wanting to be expressed more of.
And I can't understate this.
The fascia in your body has no linearity of time.
It doesn't care about past.
It doesn't care about future.
Meaning that that's why we talk about inner child.
We're talking about our fascia.
Our fascia remembers just like it happened one second ago.
Wow.
That's how deeply it is evolutionarily to our protection.
Wow.
So if you grew up in a household that had an alcoholic dad or alcoholic mom or bipolar, it's just not safe and you have not done any work around that, you are not going to feel safe in your own body because your fascia believes that it's still in the same moment as it was 40, 50, 30, whatever years ago.
So this is so important to understand.
This is why...
It's protecting you.
The fascia is always protecting you from the environment.
This is why when there's someone raising their voice and getting loud and it's reminiscent of dad, there's a part of you that contracts.
Jeez.
Because that sensitivity is in your fascia.
