When relevant and age appropriate, um, I've tried to intersect, you know, different little bits um in order for them to both just kind of give themselves a little grace, give other people a little grace, and try to figure out a way forward if they're if they're in a experiencing a point of struggle.

Well, you know, it's funny, I I had just felt like all of us, I was exhausted.

And uh what I didn't I don't think I mentioned it in that Washington Post article, but r the impetus was actually that uh for cutting my hair off was I had seen my former now former stylist um, you know, posting pictures on Instagram of like his super spreader holiday parties.

And I just kind of was like, WTF, like what what is even happening?

And um

The funny thing that I don't even I'm not sure if I included either in that Instagram post or somewhere else was that I just decided to cut my hair off.

I did it with these dog scissors.

I literally had a choice.

I didn't have any like apparently we don't have any haircutting scissors.

It was dog scissors or my hus husband's tiny mustache grooming scissors.
