Well, the intention has changed.

And I was holding the wrong end of the stick.

I don't see a lot of change in that direction.

Medicine's ever more transactional.

It's diluted, it's fragmented, and it's not whole-person care.

But what has changed... You weren't able to get through to the doctors, so now you're just speaking to us, regular folks.

Yeah, but you know, society, our culture, doesn't want the doctor's death anymore.

They want their own experience.

They want their voice to matter.

They don't want a hospitalized death.

They don't want an institutionalized death.

They want to be with their loved ones.

They want to be at home.

So I think that the future patients, those of us who will be there, are having a different experience.
