It's such a joy to be on with you.
I love this idea.
And I think it's even amusing we're having to have it.
Because if you look back historically, women always sang, told stories.
We were crafty.
Like this is something that's been so much a part of our identity.
But it feels like it's something we've really lost over the last, what, a couple of hundred years.
It sort of felt like anything to do with arts or creativity, it's become this more elite thing.
Maybe you've got to be good at it.
Maybe you've got to be an artist.
Maybe you've got to have enough time or enough money to do it.
And we've become really disengaged from those kind of day-to-day creative practices that are so much a part of who we should be, who we are.
Yeah.
Very much so.
Art is a really inclusive thing.
It includes the formal creative arts therapies delivered by a trained therapist.
And it also includes the kind of high art things in inverted commas that people think about when you say the word art, like museums and galleries and concerts.
But it's also about that everyday creativity.
It's about those little moments, that micro dosing on creativity that actually children do so easily.
