Now, some people have claustrophobia issues with that in some, and again, some of these things are huge, but in the small ones, some people can have some claustrophobic issues and others don't. All of these will measure your oxygenation. In a perfect world, you'd have an SpO2, your oxygen saturation, that would remain 96% to 98% while you're sleeping at night.

You could spend hours, and I know Matthew Walker, a professor over at Berkeley, has done a beautiful job with his book, Why We Sleep, in looking at all these issues, because Your ability to get that deep sleep is huge for detoxification for your brain. Your ability to get enough sleep and to get enough quality sleep, get enough REM sleep, all of these are different pieces that are critical.
