When people see someone losing weight, they wonder, what are you doing?

Who do you tell that you're out of medicine?
What do you tell them about why and what your goals are?
What are your goals?
How much weight do you want to lose?
And how will you know when you're done?
These are questions that we've never had to ask before.
And we don't have good data.
And people are willing to pay.
