There's two locations, Pensacola and Ocala.
And I've done two different versions of that, one on health measurement, which is a talk you've seen.
And yeah, so the idea is that if we were to fix, quote unquote, fix everything in our health care system right now,
we would still be disappointed in the outcomes because the healthcare system does have a lot of issues in achieving its own objectives, but it's incomplete.
So a full healthcare system would have a sick care arm, which is what we have now, and a much more robust self-care arm.
And so the sick care, it's like, go to your experts.
They have disease level expertise.
They're going to evaluate you for a referral, medication appropriateness, a procedure.
And that's really all that that group has in terms of time.
Like if you go to your primary care doc, they don't have an hour to work with you.
And even if they did, let's say you went to your doctor four times a year,
and you had an hour with them, and they spent the entire time talking about, let's say, health and wellness.
Put that in the context of if you were trying to train skill, like when you're trying to get good at guitar, or you're trying to get good at soccer.
Would meeting your coach four times a year for an hour be adequate?
Not at all.
It's a totally different framing.
And so once you see that mentally, you're like, oh, this makes a lot of sense, right?
But we've treated health as though it wasn't something that we needed to earn skill in, that we could outsource it entirely to other experts.
And while that arm is important, it's incomplete.
And so my goal now is to try to illustrate
