So the analogy that I give is think about, let's say you live in a cash only world, right?

So you can only pay for things in cash.

That's ATP, right?

And creatine is like your bank card.

So you can get cash quickly, right?

Right.

And it's not your job.

Like your primary job is your source of income.

That's you eating food and having that translate being broken down and eventually getting turned into ATP.

But that process is slow.

Right.

You only get paid every two weeks.

And that's not this is an analogy.

Right.

Then you could have your gig work, as I say.

So your gig work is like, all right, I'm also going to drive an Uber.

and I'm gonna make some cash more quickly.

And that's gonna be more like glycolysis.

It's making energy faster, but of course you're not making as much in your gig work than your primary job.

But then you still need to have that extra store of cash.
