And people do the same thing with calories too.
It's like, oh my gosh, calorie, calorie, calorie.
That's why I believe that calorie counting, fat counting, all that can lead to an addiction that can end up in bulimia or anorexia.

Because I think there's a lot of entry points, meaning causes, right?

You know, I mean, I wonder if, you know, any childhood trauma can, you know, end up there because of control.
