The number one diet thing you can do is actually not eat fast.
Yeah, if you want to anti-age,
Fast.
All right.
I'm going to make it reasonable.
I'm going to give you an extended fast goal, meaning five days.
Okay.
And I'll tell you two fasting options to do that once a year, because studies show that you can literally, and this was actually a cancer doctor who said this, one of the top premieres said, if you do one fast,
fast for at least five days to a week you will decrease your chance of cancer 95 so i believe them because i've seen the results and i know the science okay i'm going to talk about intermittent fasting daily and how to incorporate a little bit of that correctly because if you don't do it correctly you could actually age faster okay let's talk about this five day fast why five days
For years, I did five days and now science actually supports it because it would take at least three days for most people to go, I feel good.
So I said, great, let's ride it out for at least one or two more days to really get the most benefit of that.
Well, now science shows it takes three or four days for people to hit something called maxotophagy.
And what does that mean?
That means that your body's actually getting rid of these bad cells, those senescent cells, I said, age you prematurely, drive disease, cancer, et cetera.
So when you hit day three, day four of a fast, you hit max autophagy, meaning your body's crushing those bad cells.
You know why?
It's using them for energy.
