The higher your levels of saturated oxygen in your blood,
The longer you're going to live, the less disease you have.
So oxygen is absolutely very, very important.
And water is a cheap way to get it.
Yes, hyperbaric chambers are good, but who can typically do that?
Not many people.
But that brings me to exercise.
which exercise is in fact important.
I'm a believer for anti-aging is high intensity interval training, where you get your heart rate up to where it's very hard to breathe.
You go anaerobic, that's called, where your body's burning sugar for energy, but what happens is for the next 36 hours, you actually burn fat.
And high intensity training helps you build more muscle, which actually is shown to aid your brain slower in your cells.
So very important high intensity training.
I'm not a fan of long endurance training that creates too much oxidative stress and can aid you prematurely.
Don't take my word for it.
Look at a sprinter.
versus a marathon runner.
You tell me which one is aging slower or faster.
Look at sprinters in their 60s and 70s.
Look at, meaning people that used to sprint, and look at marathon runners.
Big difference in body composition, big difference in health, big difference in skin health.
