In today's world, if there was any question about his PSA or what we call PSA velocity or the rise of that blood test, there would be MRI all over him. There would be PET scans. Well, you know, we know that he has not had surgery because if the information they're telling us that it was just last week that they examined him and they felt a nodule, that means that the prostate is still there and nobody has removed it. And so if he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer while he was a president...

they could have treated him with this hormonal treatment given the fact that he had metastases, but he would be, even though we didn't see a lot of him on TV and he was not present for a long period of time, but you would see him at times he would break into sweat and he would have like exactly like menopausal symptoms that women go through, that he would get hot flashes, that he would be very tired and he would have a lot of symptoms and side effects of this hormonal treatment.
