at the end of the day wanted criminal defendant wins an appeal they win the right to be convicted again
On court TV.
So I think that's where we're headed in this one.
Although it does seem there'll be another slight change in some of the evidence.
I think prosecutors will have to pull back a little bit in the way that they present some of the financial crime evidence in the case.
That was another big point by the defense in their appeal.
So I think they may have to rein that in a little bit.
But at the end of the day, there's such great evidence
evidence in this case and you have the defendant himself, I think the only outstanding question will be, will he testify again?
I don't think he'll ever admit to murdering his wife and his son.
He'll never do that.
Even if it's concurrent, I don't think he does that.
Well, I think when you talk about public relations, there's only a downside if they don't do it.
Other criminal defendants might think a little less of hiring these guys if they're not loyal to the end, even if they're not getting paid, because they're going to presume that they got paid a lot the first time around.
And I don't know what the numbers are.
I have no idea.
But at the end of the day, I think there's only a downside to that if they don't stay on.
And by the way, there'll be a line of attorneys who will do it for free, who will jump in the case.
So you may see a situation where maybe someone jumps in to help them a little bit in all of this, just so they can continue the rest of their practice and continue to generate income.
That's a good point.
