What I would say about estrogen or estradiol specifically is that it is a very powerful lever.
If a woman chooses to, is a candidate for using it, both in prevention, but also when a woman has osteoporosis.
I can't say use it for osteoporosis, but when a woman has osteoporosis to improve bone metabolism, other symptoms of menopause, it will have a big impact on her bone density.

So I look at this one in two very clear ways.

So 30s or 40s.
