And if you add in sleep restriction...
Breasts hurting, your perineum hurting, other types of pain, criticism from other people becomes really hard.
So the amygdala and its crew changes, right?
The other area of the brain that changes is the hippocampus, which is like a seahorse-shaped little part of the brain, seahorse.
It is involved in memory and learning.
So it is learning new skills.
And it's having difficulties with memory because there's not much sleep happening, but there's things that are being remembered.
There's another part of the brain that changes what's called the basal ganglia.
I don't know what the shape of the basal ganglia is.
I looked at you and I was like, I don't know what shape it is.
