How do you do it?
So it's not just on the onus of the company.
I believe it's on the onus of the whole society as a whole.
Right?
That's the starting point.
I think the Danes and Scandinavian countries are a little bit ahead of us, like the Swedish and Finnish.
They have long paternity leaves and maternity leaves, parental leave.
Two years.
After two years, they honor the first thousand days of a baby's development.
You know, and that's all paid leave.
Full pay.
So we don't have that here.
Yeah.
You can't afford it, I have to go back.
And when you do go back, I need to be back at a full-time rate to be able to afford the lifestyle because I'm putting my child in care and that costs money.
So how is this all, the math is not mathing, right?
So it's not just on the owners or the employers, but it's actually on the government.
It comes back to the government.
