Resiliency is something we learn.
We learn how to be resilient because it's like we reached a challenge and we were able to get over it.
And a lot of the kids with executive function issues don't have that, they haven't experienced enough success to develop resiliency.
So we've that ability to continue to try.
We've got to understand that persistence.
might be impaired in our kids because they've never experienced enough of the payoff that comes from persistence.
Oh, that's a great question.
So I am a child psychologist who specializes in neuropsychology for my clinical work, which means like I assess kids with learning and attention and uh emotional differences and issues.
And I'm also a researcher.
