No, there may be some explanation like that, but I, you know, I believe that our minds and bodies are one.
And if our mind is set to see what we're doing as something good for us, it'll generally be good for us.

And nothing itself is good or bad, so you can take anything.
This comes to mind, but it was just so ridiculous.
But I remember doing something for somebody years ago, and I thought I was being so generous.
And she was a very negative person.
And she thought it was grandiose, which I imagine that I guess it was because most people wouldn't go to that length.
But so you can take anything, even this gesture that was coming from kindness and make it into something negative.
And you could take negative.
It doesn't reside in the thing.
Got it.
It resides in the way we appreciate or show a lack of appreciation for the thing.
Well, there's really interesting research about optimism and pessimism.
Yeah, because when you're optimistic, you're more mindful.
You know, when you're optimistic, you interact with people.
You're not afraid of people.
You're expecting good things.
