So that kind of keeps us driving forward.
And the last one, and I really love this one.
And that's this notion of little victories.
That in order to keep going, we need to get some runs on the board.
Like you need to have a little win.
That really we need to kind of feel a sense that my action is kind of creating something here.
Like there's some kind of momentum here.
So it's not about the big victories, but actually like many, many, many little tiny victories that you get along the way.
And that might look, you know, when we think about how we can keep going when times are feeling really hard and maybe you're feeling really, really overwhelmed, you've got a huge amount on your plate.
We need to slow it down.
And I remember when I was in high school studying, I used to always draw myself like,
Read the first two paragraphs and then I'd draw a little box and when I'd done it, I'd tick it off.
And the ticking off of this tiny minuscule, probably very trivial goal of two paragraphs.
I was like, that's my small victory.
And we can do this with so many aspects of the goal that we're trying to pursue.
