But exposure response prevention is our gold star.

So people are always like, oh I hate exposure, rah rah.

And I'm like, well yeah, but

in terms of the evidence, that is the vehicle of change.

So so the kind of irrelevant way you like it.

That is part of the that is part of the kind of interesting thing.

Yeah.

Is how do you get a person to do exposure?

When it's a bit of a shitty disorder.

Like bit of a like a really hard thing to do, right?

there's always trauma in there.

So certainly what I'd probably do, like let's say we get some we we probably get a nice wee reduction on the Y Bonks and it's all tracking and then you could just gonna platter and they just won't move.

Then what I might do is bring in a young schema questionnaire.

I might do a profile, I might introduce the concepts of schema, have di you know, different concepts to belief, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Why am I doing this?

Because they don't know why they can't embrace the distress for the higher order.

So then I'll start on connecting, I'll start introducing attachment, I'll start into like getting them upskilled a little bit more from a schema perspective, slightly deeper than the original formulation.

And I'll go, here are the links, rah-rah.

Then can do basically mode work, chair work, whatever it is.

But the same time, I've always got on my radar, they are still gonna need to go back and do.
