For me, my my main thing is what I'm gonna prioritize, what is gonna get this client the most success so they'll feel good and go therapy works and then I'll move them to harm stuff.
Absolutely.
And I think that's probably why and I think you and I say this the same way when you asked about the people I like, because all of the people that that I've recommended will all come down to the therapeutic relationship and it's probably why I haven't moved on.
There there are some really interesting, great people coming through um O C D but I think
By and large, outside of intensive ERP programmes, you know, Michelle Kraskin and Habitary Learning.
the the actual um application or or new treatments for O C D haven't moved.
The most successful O C D therap therapists m I've seen and watched are the ones that you therapeute a relationship and read the person before the disorder.
And that's across the board though, but
You know, I I think what I'm looking forward to and where I'm gonna put, you know, training is uh imagery scripting for O C D.
Now Gail
I can't remember, um, Gail from the Perth O C D Clinic's done some great research on that.
We're actually doing some training um on that.
She's got some new research out on how we can use imagery scripting.
But that and intensive um O C D programmes like the four day Bergen method.
I'm not familiar with the Bergen method.
Tell me about that.
Well look at something that I wasn't overly familiar.
It was kind of on my radar last year.
And um essentially it is intense exposure, eight hours, like one to one therapist, very small group, three to three to six.
Uh climbs.
