So here is this moment of expanding and savoring this pleasant feeling, allowing the mind and the body to really take it in.
And that this moment here is acting like a resource for the times when you don't have this feeling.
Maybe the times when there is a struggle or a challenge.
But here is this felt memory and a felt experience of this feel good feeling.
And then whenever you're ready, coming back into the room.
That was nice.
How was that?
Yeah.
This is just like a really mini example of like this notion of taking in the good.
So it's not just a cognitive experience.
So it's not just like when we do gratitude journals, we might just name what I feel grateful for or something that went well today.
This is kind of really making it a bottom up and a top down approach.
So the bottom up is you bringing in the body.
It's using the breath.
It's reimagining the actual memory.
Yeah, absolutely.
It might be like that you're wanting to embody confidence and so you could practice that before you go in.
Yeah, absolutely.
And it's not to in any way discard โ
the challenge or the suffering or the pain that's here, but it's about resourcing us with, with the fact that we do have these experiences, um, but we are not primed to notice them.
