What is your way of resetting?
I find exercise incredibly important for me.
So I will work out four times a week with weights and then other days do other things.
I like to bake when I can.
I find that important.
Fiction, reading, watching television or something that I can do like that.
I really like just...
Being with family, my immediate family, the family creation that I have is really rejuvenating.
So I find that a lot of fun.
Yes, and I won't name the shows, but I have a tendency to watch some of those.
It's because, in my opinion, there's something on in the background.
You don't have to tune into anything deeply.
It can still be there.
It's like white noise in the background.
And I think it can let you be alone with your thoughts in some way without maybe feeling completely alone.
I do think that there's a predictability to that, to the reality shows, to the baking shows, the competition shows, whatever shows you're doing and watching.
There's something formulaic about them.
Those procedurals.
In an hour, everything's wrapped up.
It's amazing.
