But as it turns out, once we start getting into our late 50s and 60s, our immune system, in many of us, starts to really lose its protection and goes haywire and stimulates a lot of inflammation.
And that's when we get into trouble.
So you don't see that in the DNA.
You only can see that by doing specific immune system testing, which we don't do in the clinic yet.
No, I mean, it's a travesty because these are very experienced people, years of vaccine expertise, and who knows who's going to replace them.
And it was just unjustified, unnecessary.
And it's just all part of this anti-vax story that we're seeing.
It's just there's nothing that's been shown to be more helpful in vaccine.
promoting health than vaccines.
Tens of millions of lives.
And there's no perfect vaccine.
We'll acknowledge that.
But whenever we have anything in medicine, whether it's a drug or a vaccine or anything, it's always the risk versus the benefit ratio.
And here the benefit is just so exponentially important.
So it's terrible to see this getting negated and overridden and challenged.
Well, quite a bit, actually.
Now, some of it is lifestyle factors.
So if you have a diet, an optimal diet that doesn't promote inflammation,
And that would be a plant-based diet largely.
It would be avoiding as much as possible the bad ultra-processed foods that stimulate inflammation, avoiding too high a protein diet, which has been linked to promoting inflammation and atherosclerosis.
