That is, it's really not the genes are not a big factor, but rather lifestyle factors are very important, prominent, and that we're not
pushing anti-aging supplements or any other things that are, yeah, these hucksters that are basically peptides.
I mean, you name it, all kinds of things with no data.
So you provided the background, the evidence for healthy aging.
Now, while we get to that, you came up with this Power9
kind of summarize the lifestyle factors that you saw were the common threads.
Can you just kind of give a quick sense about that?
Because now people are questioning wine.
They're questioning whether there's ever really been evidence about religion as being a faith, as being part of that.
And then also, I don't know if the power of nine includes sleep, but maybe you can just comment about what are the lifestyle factors as you've seen over these years.
Yeah, and I want to get to the Blue Zones company you set up in a bit, just so we finish up this part.

Um, blue zone.
Is there anything to that or is it really standoff?
Now, more recently, a couple of the blue zones have shown changes.
I think your colleague wrote about that in
Costa Rica, as well as the Okinawa, where the demographics are changing and they're fading.
Can you comment about, are these, because of the changes that are occurring, that blue zones that were originally, as you saw them over time, having erosion or changes that don't support where they were originally?
Right, right.
Okay.
