or regenerative spine work and take the time with the patients that are really interested in healing more naturally and healing in a way where I can take the time with them in the office.

We can talk about their nutrition.

We can talk about their sleep.

We can talk about their activity.

So to build my practice, I'm thinking about seeing less patients.

Exactly.

Spending more time with the ones that I am seeing.

Sure.

So some of the primary care guys would call it like a concierge service, a concierge medicine.

Because right now we've got patients that wait six weeks to come in and see us.

And when people really hurt, they don't want to wait six weeks.

But they're going to wait six weeks to get into anybody.

So it's more like a subscription program where –

for a certain monthly fee i'll have a couple spots open during the day and if someone needs to come in that day they come in that day if we need to come in and let's say they have medicare part b and we don't need authorization for an injection and the injection would be the right thing for the patient at that time then we could do the injection that day we're not kicking them out another four or six weeks so it's really it's it's it's to make it's to give patients the ability to have better access to myself and to my team

So I've been, you know...

And you can imagine as a spinal surgeon, people have come to me for 20 years, always asking what they can take for pain.

And, you know, patients are smart.

They've realized that narcotics are a very bad way of life, that, you know, they've been taking these NSAIDs and their kidneys are shutting down or they're burning holes in their stomach or just they're counteracting all these other medications that they're taking.
