Yes.
I would love to say walk away from it all and don't listen to the news and don't ingest information, but we absolutely have to be- Turn the TV off.
Turn the TV off.
We have to be informed.
But what I like about when you say turn the TV off,
we need to take things in doses.
And I see now that you have your what, your lucky seven, where you're giving people information in doses where you're hitting hard.
We're getting all the real information, but it's in a way that you can say, okay, I'm going to digest news from this hour to this hour.
And then I'm going to go about my day.

not sustainable to mental health and so bottom line stay informed but take it in doses and always prioritize your health and i don't care even if you're a caregiver and you've got you know like for a lot of us in the sandwich generation you have kids you're still taking care of trying to get out of the house and you have parents who start to become older you know and start needing more having more needs even if you're the caretaker of everyone around you pause walk away take care of yourself because if you don't take care of yourself
you might not be around to take care of other people.
Prioritize yourself.
