And one of them is that they're given the freedom to feel all their emotions, particularly sadness and grief and pain, also joy and everything else.
But I don't know if you're comfortable talking about this, but what do you know about your dad's childhood?
Yeah.
So this goes on for a generation.
So not being seen as a major source of trauma.
Just not being seen in general.
Just not being seen for who you are.
Not being accepted for your authentic self.
Yeah, expected to be different than who you actually are.
It's a major trauma for people in society and it's very common.
You know, something as a privileged Caucasian identified male with
economic freedom and I'm not in a position to say to somebody these are larger political questions these people Society has to change and people have to work to change society.
It's a question of at some point it becomes a question of advocacy and activism and and and Joining with others, you know
