And I'm glad that you brought this up because one of the things that I think is a challenge is most people do not count calories.
And, you know, we were talking before my playbook has a strategy
for eating where they don't have to count calories, you can visualize it on your plate.
And what we recommend is a one-to-one ratio of protein to carbohydrates to not actually go over that.
And here's why.
And again, if you're metabolically unhealthy and you feel like you need to cut carbohydrates, then you can, but inherently you don't have to have a low carbohydrate diet because think about it.
If you cover your protein needs, which is critical, it's essential.
And then you think about as a plate, right?
There's a plate.
You've got one portion of the plate is protein.
So one third of the plate is protein.
Depending on your activity, one third is carbohydrates.
You and I were joking.
It could be potato, right?
Just be like, oh my God, you need potato.
Yeah, man.
Give me some rice cakes too.
But also I woke up and I trained today.
And then the other one third is
would be some kind of fibrous vegetable.
