Are we over consuming fat?
I think it's pretty stable at around 30 grams or 30%.
I mean, you can correct me.
I think roughly 11% saturated fat and maybe 35% of the saturated fat is coming from pizza cheese, which is crazy.
You know, I was talking earlier today and when you look at the number one fruits,
It's banana and tomato as in tomato sauce.
Or ketchup for French fries.
I mean, so we really have to rethink and reorient ourselves to muscle health.
And we're finally getting there because it really has been 60 years of fighting an obesity epidemic.
I was very angry.
Well, I want to know what has gotten you interested in this.
Because did something happen where you're like, gosh, I've been trying low carb and I'm training.
Although, I don't know, and you're like bonking and you need carbs.
What happened?
I remember when you were boxing, you had that boxing.
I was wondering where that was in this studio.
That's hilarious, but not funny.
Well, that is important to recognize is that number one, those guys, their goal is hypertrophy.
and maintaining skeletal muscle.
So they have a very defined diet.
