They said the study, this meta analysis had 20 some studies.
None of them showed a benefit of having a higher protein diet.
And I was like, OK, OK.
If sarcopenia is a 4% loss per decade, 4%, what percent change in lean body mass between groups do you expect to see in 10 to 12 weeks?
