There's no truth to that.
That women, if they lift weights, are going to put on too much muscle.
That's an inherited scientific belief.
We've never seen that.
Women using performance enhancement medications for sport, that's a whole different ballgame than the idea that a woman is going to do something that she's capable of doing.
I have a five- and a six-year-old.
My five-year-old weighs probably close to 50 pounds.
My six-year-old weighs more than that.
I lift them up, put them down all the time.
You would imagine if I was doing the equivalent of that in the gym, I would become bulky with those heavyweights.
