We, instead of go and play video games, we do a push-up challenge or a dance party in our, have you ever heard of Texas Hold'em?

Have you ever seen this?
Beyonce made an amazing song called Texas Hold'em.
She might be, but there is a line dance associated with that.
There are a million fun ways to do something.
We just have become accustomed to doing less.
And we'll dance, we'll do whatever, push-ups, physical challenges, playing outside, get the Nerf guns, whatever it is.
Easy.
I mean, it couldn't get easier than that.
I don't think we should set goals.
I think we should set standards.
When you set a goal, you can either reach that goal or not.
