They tend to have higher levels of testosterone.
And I just think that this is, it's so fascinating from the hormonal perspective, but also from this biological perspective that
Now, it doesn't mean that sitting up and smiling more is going to necessarily increase your testosterone.
But I think perhaps when your hormones are within a steady range or even, let's say, female or male have higher testosterone, that those individuals, again, this is some of the research that I have been reading, have more confidence.
