Do you have a kind of a or just a sense for kind of who should be doing what at what level?

That's one thing that I'm trying to look into and would love to look into on a national level.

But kind of understanding for someone who's been teaching urethral reconstruction for a long time, like when you get a PGY-2 versus a PGY-5,

Do you have specific things where you're like, I never let X person do this, or you should definitely be doing that, that kind of thing.

there are still academic programs who don't have a reconstructionist.

Are there GERS resources or AUA resources or kind of how would you recommend those folks get some perineal or urethral experience?

Yeah.

And Neil's was a big advantage for me.

Yeah.

And I will say that that kind of and maybe it's post-COVID and maybe this always existed and I'm just now getting wind of it.

But I do feel like there are there are more and more like collaborative efforts, you know, whether it's, you know, attendings at different institutions or even like residents working with an attending that is not at their institution.

I do feel like.

Maybe, and again, maybe I just missed it before, but a lot of reconstructive collaborative efforts, you know, more recently maybe.

Another really interesting kind of aspect of urethral reconstruction, and we've danced around it a little bit so far, is talking about kind of real-world practice and guideline adherence and kind of where those gaps are for urethral reconstruction in places that may not have a reconstructionist.

And I was wondering,

I have a similar one.

I think that when I've talked to some of our referring urologists or folks that will reach out with a specific problem patient, I mean, man, they seem really, really overburdened.

And I think you're right.

I mean, it's got to be...

some sort of incentive program, I think early on at least, because you're, I mean, if you want work, there's no shortage of it.
