In addition to that, I don't think that it's always possible to be positive because I think sometimes things just simply suck.

So you're using pressure as a performance enhancer.
Right.
You invite it in.
Just last week in my writing, I said, I don't think pressure is the enemy.
Pressure is the invitation.
The invitation to show up, the invitation to take responsibility, the invitation to provide for someone.
to lead someone or something.
And that pressure, there's such a negative connotation to it.
So that's why I'm saying it's not always positive.
It's productive thinking.
Anywhere we're at, anything we're going through, good or bad, again, just to use simple black and white terms, we can use for productive thinking, productive emotions too, productive body physiology and productive behavior.
And that's the optimum energy flow.

Yesterday, yesterday was an athlete day, but I do obviously consult and coach in the corporate world as well as the health and wellness.
Yesterday was an athlete day and I was working with two athletes and
Collegiate level, looking to go pro, looking to go to the national team, looking to make the Olympics.
One's a diver, one's a skier.
And for both, all we focused on was the preparation.
