If I'm having a great day, if I'm feeling amazing, energized, passionate, aligned, excited, these are the tools that I can use, whether it's music, whether it's videos, whether it's affirmations, these are the tools that I can use to get into my expression.
If I'm having a flat day...

If I'm having a bad day, a bad moment, this is the tools that I'm going to be using.
Without that bag of trick, without that mental toolbox, what if I'm feeling good?

Just as a, again, a simple example, without that preparation,
They have no idea how to get into that code of conduct, how to express themselves that they want to that the way they want to in competition and optimize their performance.
So the preparation is the whole ticket.
Once you prepare, you don't even have to think about much else.
