Um, so I think that's something to just keep in mind.

You don't have to be gasping.
I think a lot of people have this misinterpretation that there will be these overt signs when there aren't.
No, no, in fact, I highly recommend advocating for one.
Get one.
Oh, and the other thing with them is a lot of people will say to me, Oh, well, I know I'm never gonna wear a CPAP, so why should I even get the study done?
Well, there's these tongue stimulators, there are jaw mandibular, like uh these mouth guards basically that are for keeping the jaw forward, keeping the airway open.
And then the sleep studies, that's another thing people are like, Oh, well, if I go to that overnight sleep study, it's such a you know.
It's four hours away and I can't drive and nobody how am I gonna get home?
And they have these watches.
We use watchpad, which is a watch plus a ring, and they'll just ship it to you.
You use it at your home, it beams the information up to some sleep doctor somewhere, and then they can interpret the data.
It's not perfect.
So the overnight sleep studies in a clinic, they are the gold standard.
