I was homesick and there were lots of things related to it.
But I ended up seeing an an osteopathic f provider.
After having seen, I mean, I went to dentists, I got mouth guards, I went to many.
medical providers and I remember being at the student health center and he was like Googling TMJ and then he gave me a muscle relaxant.
I mean it my jaw a little bit better, but I was groggy and it was just kind of a disaster.
And then I went and saw this osteopath and eighty percent better in an hour.
And she's the one who encouraged me to go to naturopathic school.
Um, yeah, Runa Basu was her name.
She's up in the Bay Area and she's absolutely fantastic.
I feel so grateful for her.
I saw her twelve times and then I didn't have any issues with my jaw until I had my baby.
And then I flew back up to the Bay Area to see her and I saw her once or twice and it was fine.
The it is an absolutely terrifying time.
I just wanna agree with you, Ray, and echo that to have a diagnosis of Alzheimer's or a diagnosis of MCI or to feel yourself like you're walking into a room, you can't figure out why you're there, or you can't remember the neighbor's name, or you're misplacing your keys and wallet more than you used to.
These things start to make us wonder, am I am I going down that path?
And particularly when you've seen family members go down the path of Alzheimer's over the past generations or two, there was nothing we could do, right?
Like there was, there's no cure.
And still to this day, there's no cure.
Um, but there's a lot of hope.
And I think that it triggers in us just this terror, right?
