So there's nuance to it.

And although it's we always want to like grip that ICD 10 diagnosis code, right?

We want we want a diagnosis that can be helpful for people.

But the interesting thing in my opinion is not like what we call it, but why it's happening.

And really playing in that field of like what are the drivers?

So to your point, amyloid, beta amyloid, we think of as the cause of Alzheimer's.

However, Alzheimer's and certainly amyloid is related.

So these are absolutely correlated.

If you have high amyloid, you're at much higher risk of having Alzheimer's dementia.

However, you can have amyloid and perfect cognition and you can have dementia and not have any amyloid.

And usually then it's a different, it's not an Alzheimer's process.

It's a it's a different type of dementia if if the like the p tau is negative or the amyloid pet is negative.

The amyloid, what is going on there?

Amyloid, p and and phosphorylated tau, these are misfolded proteins in the brain.

And like I have this beautiful houseplant behind me.
