And clearly the clinical psychologist cannot handle internal medicine problem.
So it's a team approach, a team approach to care, but with communication.
When I have a participant who come in my study because they have trouble sleeping and because I also study sleep, sleep is one of the first thing.
If you have any type of trauma, sleep is the first thing to peaceful sleep is the first thing to go.
Because even nightmare of the event will prevent you from sleeping.
And when that happened, people don't want to sleep.
So when a participant comes to me and is really interested in the sleep part of my story, and I say, well, we can really separate that.
We can handle your sleep as if it was a separate thing.
There should be some communication with your therapist.
Talk to the sleep physician because the reason why you're not sleeping is not the same thing that we see in other people.
Maybe they have obstructive sleep apnea.
Your cause of not sleeping is a different issue.
So I feel like there should be a team approach.
Is it the case for what I'm seeing for my participant?
One person is sending, it's the whole body.
