So so we went got into got into the weeds a bit there, but like like we're gonna get further into them.

Um so just just briefly, just while we're on this, like what is it that drew you to this work around affect?

And so so um regular listeners and people who are familiar with Kate's work will start to understand why it is that we've decided to to Well I'm hovering in the corner.

to bring these um these two these two amazing people together to sort of to compare notes as it were.

Um because Kate has sort of been living and breathing this

w just sort of largely um I don't want to put words into your mouth but but essentially through sort of intuition more than through like an understanding of effective neuroscience, you've sort of come to this this like a a way of a a way of teaching and learning at the hive in the Dominican Republic.

Which is very much aligned with this way of understanding things.

And so what we'll really want to do is to s sort of to connect the dots here in this conversation between theory and and what it looks like in practice, what it can look like in practice.
